| Slippery Sloap | | The Oregon teacher who announced his intention to "dismantle and demolish the Tea Party" has been placed on administrative leave until the school district where he works finishes its investigation and decides his fate. The state's Teacher Standards & Practices Commission is also conducting an investigation into Jason Levin, a media teacher at Conestoga Middle School in Beaverton, a school district employee who requested anonymity, told FoxNews.com.Levin has come under fire for saying he'd do anything short of throwing rocks to bring down the Tea Party. In the last two days the Beaverton School District has received thousands of e-mails and phone calls from people across the country who said they were outraged at his behavior.The school district is investigating whether Levin's political behavior is appropriate for a middle school teacher. | | The Fair with Nothing There | | Last night was my childrens School Fair, I promised them that I would take them as last year the weather was so bad it was cancelled. The weather this year was on our side and was beautiful and so we all took a walk down, I was really looking forward to it as I love these sorts of things and I had a few quid on me just in case I saw something.But what a disappointment, on the field all there was were two bouncy castles, one for bigguns and one for littlens, and a tractor ride thing, the kids would sit in the back of this trailer on the tractor. The guy driving was going that fast that the kids were actually BOUNCING right up in the back! No way were mine going on that.So, we thought we would look at the stalls instead, so there was one for plants, and it had about 10 plants on it, a cake stall which was nice, a toy stall with literally nothing on it and a Used School uniform stall with all girls uniform on and that was it!
