Stupid legal system
I want to be a Native American. Like from before Europeans came here. Then I could just put his shoes outside the house and be done with it. What do you think?
What is on-show at terror trial - Jihad or the American legal system?
People around the world will watch the NYC trial of terror 'suspects' - - Cheney says it will give the terrorists a platform - - supporters say it gives the American system of justice a platform. Who is right?
Are you contented of the legal system in your country?
As I notice about the Legal System here in the Philippines. There are many cases that is pending before the court. I don't really understand why all of those cases not being pursued for trials since most of this cases is a low profile case...Another case is that if those syndicate doing such a crimes that judge always ask strong evidence even do the authorities seize a sack of shabu (drugs) from those person. After a few days those criminals is freed from jail because of lack of evidence. I don't know if the number of sack of drugs(shabu) is not sufficient as evidence? On the other hand; hold upper and snatcher is always doing such crimes because of small amount of money they paid for a bail...and if you counted how much they snatch it is much higher that post bail from the jail. That is why they continued doing such crimes because they know they can be freed when they catch by the police authorities...This is what justice system that I witness here in our country. What about your country. Are you contented on the legal system of the government in your country?
prepaid legal system- is it ideal or not?
Prepaid legal reviews are conducted to ascertain if prepaid legal plans actually work and save costs. Prepaid legal reviews are about several legal services offered at cheap prices. In most cases, such prepaid legal services come cheap and in most cases less than $50. Such services may extend up to 1 year while some are operated on monthly basis. Prepaid legal services offer several other services such as offering advices on custody, wills, visitation, and traffic court. A Prepaid legal service offer limited services . Child custody issues and bill collector issues are some of the limited services that can be found in prepaid legal services. These services are limited because the lawyers will only give advices and tell you the forms for which to look. For real services, you have to pay extra. A free-will kit is often provided for you when you sign up for a prepaid legal service,. Getting a prepaid lawyer helps you remove the strings of payment associated with getting reputable lawyers for your defense or legal suits. Prepaid legal services also entails several features and benefits; a client will always have access to guaranteed hourly rate for in and out of court...

If I kill a woman who is with child I get two counts of murder. If a woman kills the baby herself she is without guilt? Does that make any sense?
How is the legal system in your country?
How long does it take for cases to be settled? Does it take innumerable years for simple cases to be settled? Are people going to the courts at the drop of a hat? Do they ultimately get entangled in legal hassles and realize that they made a big mistake? I find that in India, though High profile cases do get settled in a few years, some normal cases take 25 to 30 years and in all probability the person who has gone to court either dies or gives up after a few years and the case dies its own death. Many under trials continue to languish in jails and the case never reaches a conclusion. I wonder if it is wise to take a case to court. How are things in your country?
thoughts about our country's legal system vis-a-vis government
Lawyers to be spent years in colleges and universities to be the lawyers that they wanted to be. They would meet people and friends and often would join a fraternity/sorority that could provide them some academic hands (and later on another set of hands that would lead them through strategically with the Justice System).Being part of a fraternity/clique during law school would mean that people in the said clique could rely on you anytime and vice-versa. It would also mean that there is this sort of bond that served as protected blanket to all the comrades in the said clique -- meaning they would protect their ranks regardless if their comrades committed something unjustly. This could mean that on a larger scale lawyers who are part of a clique could manipulate the justice system anytime they feel like doing it. And if one of them is accused of doing some unjust acts then they could manipulate the law according to what suit them. They in the end will be blinded with what is just because of the sense of camaraderie. This sense of camaraderie also manifests in our government. Just because someone is a son of the house of representative then he should be considered to be the...

do you believe the legal system in your country is fair, why or why not
Murders and Judges Hand and hand throught the eye of the legal system...
I love catchy top phrases. My question to the mylot communtiy since there has been so many murders lately that people have been posting about is drumroll please..... Do you think murder trials should be held before a panel of 5 judges composed of 5 lawyers who know the law? If so, why? If not, why?
US Legal System
Do you think the US legal system is to hard or to soft on criminals? We seem to more & more prisons built and they fill up very quickly. Is this from to many being convicted or to harsh & long sentences eing handed out or the prisons have gotten to soft and easy to do the time? Give me your thoughts even if you are from another country.
