| | 2007 Bar Exam was over | | Yesterday had been the last of the four Sundays Bar Exam. Rain poured as the examinees did the battle of finishing the bar exam in the subjects of Remedial Law and Legal Ethics.Despite the rain pouring, bar supporters, family and relatives, students and friends went to La Salle, Taft to witness the last day of exam. After six months, the result will be released and a nes batch of lawyers will take their oath.As for me, I did not take the bar this year, and hopefully can take it next year for some reasons.Taking the Bar Exam cannot be taken for granted. It necessitates preparation emotional and mental. Many pressures and stress comes ahead of you while on the review and during exam. For those who have no idea about taking the Bar Exam, the exam starts from the 1st sunday of the month of september to the foruth sunday. Every Sunday, two subjects are to be taken, one in the morning and another in the afternoon. That takes four sundays of September. After six months, result will be released. It is not an exam of multiple choice. That is how tough it is to become a Lawyer. | |

| how to pass the bar exam | | This September another batch of would-be lawyers in the Philippines will hurdle the 4-Sundays bar exams. The book of Dean Wenceslao Laureta entitled "SECRETS ON HOW TO PASS THE BAR EXAMINATION,1990 Edition" is very inspiring. I have some excerpts and if anyone is interested just give me your e-mail address. Good Luck to all Bar examinees! | |
| | February Bar Exam | | Are you taking the bar exam this year? I'm taking it in February in Massachusetts. I took a mock MBE test today. It's pretty hard to keep a clear head through six hours of multiple choice questions.I'm pretty nervous about the exam. If you're taking it, good luck with studying! | |

| Bar Exam | | I passed the Bar Exam today and I am very very happy. | |
| | how to console an exam flunker? | | My friend took the bar examination last year. The result was announced a few days ago. Admittedly, the bar exam is the most excruciatingly difficult examinations in the Philippines. They have to take it for four whole Sundays and answer all essay type questions. Not to mention about memorizing all the laws. In short, my friend flunked the exam and I just don't know how to console her. I don't even want to mention that I already know the results and that she didn't make it. I might say something that would offend her instead of consoling and encouraging her. What should be done? | |

| Do you think you can pass any licensure exams... | | ...without formal education on the field of that specific exam? Like can you pass the CPA board without taking accountancy in college? Can you pass the BAR exam without taking law? Can you pass just relying on your present academic knowledge? | |
| | Having a Celebratory Sale | | To celebrate passing the Maryland Bar exam, I am having a 10% off sale in my Etsy shop. Link in my profile. How do you do when you hold sales on Etsy? | |

| Finally working on my quilts again! | | So I have been ill for a few months. I'm finally back on the quilting wagon. I finished a table runner yesterday morning, then made a large sample block which I turned into a baby quilt top. Now I am ready to quilt it. I have an order for a wedding quilt that needs to be done in April and another order to recover some patio furniture cushions. What are you working on? Anything new? | |
| | Abraham Lincoln Law School | | I am thinking about enrolling in Abraham Lincoln Law School. My question is if i pass the Bar exam in California is it transferrable to another state? How does that work? | |
